Refund policy

MOWA Jewelry is owned and operated by Verónica Coelho Amador, a self-employed individual with tax identification number 271676167, with registered tax address at Rua das Roseiras, Nº 51, 2785-158 São Domingos de Rana, Portugal, telephone (+351) 914232056 (call to a Portuguese mobile network) and email mowajewelry@outlook.pt, hereinafter referred to as MOWA.

Returns and exchanges

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

To do so, you must notify us of your decision by email to: mowajewelry@outlook.pt.

The product must be returned unused, complete with its original features, in its original packaging and with the tags intact. If you exchange it for an item of higher value, you must pay the difference.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defect or an error attributable to MOWA.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Defective products

If a product is defective, the customer must report it in writing, describing the problem and attaching photographs. Once the lack of conformity is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be provided under the law.
